  • 2D & 3D Floor plan of your property
  • Full advertising and marketing of your property Nationwide including Rightmove, Zoopla and our website
  • Carrying out of all viewings accompanied
  • Full Credit & Reference checks of all tenants
  • Immigration & Anti Money Laundering Checks
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and supporting documentation
  • Full Check-in process including changeover of utilities & Council Tax
  • Collection of first months rent and standing order setup for future payments direct to landlord
  • Deposit forwarded to Landlord to protect. (We can protect in our scheme at additional cost, see below)
  • Full Lettings Pack sent to you to manage
  • Inventories, Inspections and Checkouts can be carried out at extra cost (See Other Fees below)

Fees for this is service are: 

Letting fee: 60% of the first months rent (50% of the first months rent +VAT)

  • Professional Photographs

  • Credit & Reference checks of all tenants

  • Submission of the Deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Full Check-in process including changeover of utilities & Council Tax
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and supporting documentation
  • Full property Inventory if required
  • Collection of rent payments with monthly statements
  • Arranging payment of outgoings
  • Periodic Inspections during the tenancy

Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)

ARLA is the professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents and letting agencies in the UK.

Why being ARLA qualified matters

Letting agents are not regulated and as a result anyone can let a home on your behalf. We strongly believe tenants and landlords should only use lettings specialists who:

  1. Protect your rent in a third party account and have client money protection.
  2. Understand and keep up to date with lettings legislation
  3. Can refer you to an independent third party if you are unhappy and wish to make a complaint
