Conveyancing is a necessary process in both buying or selling property. A professional conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor helps with the settlement and title transfer process by ensuring that buyers and sellers are meeting all legal obligations and that the buyers and sellers rights are protected during this transaction.

Our Conveyancing service provides:
- No Sale No Fee Conveyancing – Our prices are completely transparent, our clients know exactly what they’re paying and can budget accordingly. There are no hidden costs and if the transaction does not proceed to completion, there will be no fee for the legal services, giving our clients complete peace of mind.
|Transaction||Legal Fee||Title Transfer Fee||Stamp Duty Land Tax Fee||Total Client Fee|
Please note: The above fees are based on properties up to the value of £300,000, a quote will be tailored to your individual circumstances. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Quality Solicitors and Standards – We work with local solicitors and our clients can choose the solicitor they want to work with, our solicitors higher than average panel fees ensure that they prioritise our cases, working to strict Service Level Agreements.
- Search Pack Guarantee – We provide buyers with a Search Pack Guarantee in the unfortunate circumstance that their purchase falls through and searches have been ordered. This means that we will provide a second set for absolutely free on any new purchase bought within the next 6 months.
- Property Report Technology – They include all of the information that would usually be found in the Property Information Questionnaire and Fixtures and Fittings Form. Sellers can complete this online at the start of the sales process and confirm the information with an e-signature. Law Society forms are then generated and stored in our files ready for when the property is sold. This means draft contracts can be sent out much faster than in a traditional sale, speeding up the sale process where no chain is involved. We are then able to attach our property reports to our property details so buyers have instant access to all the information they need to make an informed decision and buy with confidence.
