Property Administrator

As a Property Administrator working in our Nottingham city centre office, you are at the very heart of the business – meeting and greeting clients and handling all the administration work for the sales and letting team.

Our offices are fast paced and vibrant and you will ensure that they run smoothly, whilst also offering support to the Sales and Lettings Managers. We pride ourselves on delivering fantastic customer service and as a Property Administrator you will thrive on working in a busy environment.

As the face of Liberty Gate, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone visiting the office, whether they are vendors, landlords, buyers or tenants. You will also deal with a wide variety of enquiries on a daily basis, from customers wanting to buy or rent properties as well as assisting tenants visiting the office to move into their new home.

You are also responsible for the administration and smooth running of the office. Working closely with the Sales and Lettings Managers you will gain a real insight into the workings of the property market, keeping up to date with new properties and updating records as necessary.

Lettings Negotiator

Liberty Gate Estate Agency is renowned for exceeding professional standards and driving our industry forward. We are currently searching for a Letting Negotiator to join our Nottingham city centre office.

As a Liberty Gate negotiator you will benefit from bespoke training to compliment your existing knowledge, great stock levels and a driven and motivating work environment.

Social Media Manager & Videographer 

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity based in our Nottingham City Centre Office where you’ll join our Team in the role of Social Media Manager & Videographer.

The role sits within our Estate Agency Team and as such offers excellent opportunities to develop your skillset, both within Social Media but also the wider marketing of property and agency work.

The Role

You will be looking after all the digital marketing and Videography for two brands within the Liberty Gate Agency, this will include:

  • Providing all photography required to support Social Media content, cross-channel.
  • You will work with the Management Team on all core strands of video across both paid & organic Social Media.
  • You will be supporting all departments in driving photography and videography across email, digital, content and our website.
  • Use your creativity to develop fun, interesting and engaging photo and video content, relevant to our customer base and within our brand guidelines for our Social Media Channels.
  • Proactively manage all elements of live & filmed videography – including but not limited to production, lighting, set building, shooting, audio and editing.
  • Develop your expertise via a test and learn approach of what types of content drive core KPIs across each of our Social Media Channels – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube.
  • Provide a full suite of images/videos/GIFs to support our Paid Social Media activity.
  • Work with other departments to develop Social Media timelines coinciding with upcoming events/listings, ad campaigns or other brand messages.
  • Communicate regularly with the Management team, ensuring Social Media photography & videography activity co-ordinates with media messaging business wide.
  • Co-ordinate the distribution of the content produced via Social Media content management tools.
  • Monitor key industry developments & competitor activity within the Social Media landscape, reporting relevant news to the Management team.
  • Communicate issues, opportunities and insight to various areas of the business as necessary.
  • Act as an advocate for the company, the brand and our customers through the use of Social Media.

The Person

  • Comfortable shooting both in-house and on location.

  • Salary £17,000 – £20,000 depending on experience.

Skills Required

  • Experience in a professional work setting creating the photography and videography for both organic and paid via Social Media specific to the following platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube.
  • Ability to build light sets, operate cameras, use audio equipment, and manage all physical elements of creating photography and videography for a national brand.
  • Experience using photography and videography editing tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.
  • Ability to shoot within the wide range of parameters required to deliver optimised content per Social Media channel i.e. vertical video, square video, Facebook Lives, lifestyle flatlays etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal with ability to adapt the style of your visuals to meet audience requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Social Media landscape as a whole i.e. trends, new technologies, restrictions etc.
  • Experience in graphic design and the creation of content for Social Media.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change
  • Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively under pressure, and find solutions to creative obstacles
  • Ability to work with people who don’t share your knowledge
  • Ability to inspire others at work with your positive attitude to get stuff done.
